Regular Board meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of every month at 11:30 am at several locations throughout San Diego County. Board Meeting agendas are posted here 72 hours prior to each meeting. Agendas for Special Board Meetings are posted here 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting.

All RCD Board meetings are public meetings and public comment is welcome. Public comment can be made in person at a meeting, virtually at a meeting, or submitted in writing for inclusion in the Board Agenda Packet. If you are interested in making public comment at an RCD Board meeting, please review these guidelines. 

A Request to Speak form is available at meetings and can be filled out on the day of the meeting if attending in person. If requesting to give public comment virtually or if you would like to submit your request to speak in advance, please fill out this Request to Speak form and select the appropriate method of participation.
