San Diego Bird Alliance - Wonders of the Wetlands

Dr. Melissa Liotta, Fish Biologist with NOAA Fisheries at the Southwest Fisheries Science Center, will share the results of her ongoing community-based fish monitoring program at Kendall-Frost Marsh Reserve. For the past several years, Dr. Liotta has led fish seining efforts at KFM, engaging volunteers in collecting valuable data that helps scientists better understand the fish communities that depend on this important wetland habitat.

 

Xerces Society - No Yard? No Problem! School and Community Gardens

In this webinar, join Xerces staff to learn more about community efforts and initiatives to protect and conserve pollinators, the basics of planting pollinator gardens, and see case studies of a variety of community and school pollinator gardens. Wild Ones San Diego - The Ecology of Home: Creating Habitat That Works with Shaun McCoshum
