School Garden Resource Sharing Corner
Have you developed a special garden-related lesson or resource (parent communication ideas, template for scheduling classes in the garden, etc.) that has worked for you and your school? If you would like to share, let us know! We can post it here so that other teachers can download it for use at their school. Call (619) 562-0096, or email diana@rcsdsandiego.org

NEW! Reproducible Fruit and Vegetable Garden Signs
Nancy Jones, retired teacher and now Garden Coordinator at Alamosa Park Elementary School in Oceanside, CA, has created a set of garden-related blackline masters called “Nutrition in Your School Garden from A to Z”. Each of the 43 pages features a fruit or vegetable with an important nutritional fact on it. These versatile, colorable sheets can be used as signs in your school garden, worksheets, compiled as a class book, or used to decorate a bulletin board. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing!
Note – Each file contains 3 to 5 signs. The files are large and may take some time to download.
